problem solved. i have a copy of my older game install.

I did indeed have my old game install copied onto my external HDD. the demos work now. but they have pumpkin heads and santa claus mortors and the star wars imperial march end map music. these were not in the demos themselves. i too have to run et as admin to get it to work. i even erased every fold...

Hello all, <----BBA wannabe here :) I'm trying to play demos and make frag movies. my demos are dated 2007-07-19 ect. at first it said, not able to play demo. so i uninstalled the game and after the reinstall i only visited BBA1 the demo wasn't in the replay folder until after i connected/disconnect...

ok got it installed now when i try to load any server....it says ( Couldn't load an offical pak file verify your installation and make sure it has been updated to latest version ) any ideas thanks right click the desktop icon and run as administrator. that was my work around for that issue. i also ...
